SPI systems measure height, volume, area on paste deposits, detect defects such as bridges, missing, shape 2D, shape 3D… and compute stencil offsets.

 

Then one of the great advantages of accurate SPI systems is to offer robust closed-loop capability, allowing to significantly improve, in real-time, your production yields by :

  • returning to printer the global X/Y offset and θ values, to correct stencil position in real-time,
  • sending cleaning order to printer, when stencil needs to be cleaned.
