   Ingénieur Avant-Vente Applications Support Technique H/F basé à Saint-Egrève (38)

Job Description
  • Assist technically our sales team in Pre-Sales
  • Perform as the key technical liaison between the worldwide market (Agents and customers) and the Vi TECHNOLOGY factory.
  • Conduct demonstrations and evaluations of our equipment on site, and monitor any such demonstrations by agents.
  • Train and advise our customer and distributors support teams .Ensure that they have the most up to date technical knowledge
  • Organise and realize installation and maintenance of our systems.
  • Analyze, diagnose and solve technical and application problems of our customers
  • Manage technical relationship with our distributors (Germany and Eastern Europe) with the sole intention of permanent satisfaction of our customer.
  • Feedback relevant requested customer enhancements to the R&D team and follow up.
  • Promote VI TECHNOLOGY Service Portfolio and develop it in accordance with customer needs.
  • Write relevant Application notes for our market
  • Assist Product Management in competitor comparative analyses.
  • 70% of the time in the field
Profile

  • Engineer, you have minimum 5 years experience in customer service on complex machines in international industrial environment.
  • In depth knowledge of the SMT process.
  • Technical credibility to inspire customer confidence.
  • Very good English knowledge (written and spoken). Other languages will be a plus.
  • Autonomous, proactive, polyvalent, and customer oriented

Description de poste

Rattaché(e) au service Applications & Support, vous animez et organisez l'ensemble des activités liées à l'avant-vente, à l'après-vente et aux applications de notre gamme de produits d'inspection Semiconducteur, pour l'Europe et l'Amérique. Vous développez le CA associé à ces activités.
Vous assurez le support expert des équipes Applications/Support et Production au niveau mondial.
Vous travaillez en interaction avec les fonctions Marketing, Ventes, Opérations, R&D et Validation, les ingénieurs Application & Support locaux, les distributeurs et les clients.
Vous contribuez à la création de Produits et Services Nouveaux depuis la spécification fonctionnelle, le suivi du développement jusqu'à la commercialisation.

Ingénieur électronicien de formation, vous avez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine semiconducteur back-end, packaging.

Vous êtes motivé(e) par l'application concrète de votre travail et vous avez le souci de comprendre et de satisfaire le besoin de vos clients de manière innovante et différenciée.

Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel et de leadership, vous êtes autonome dans la gestion de vos tâches et de vos priorités et vous partagez vos connaissances techniques avec les autres membres de l'équipe.

Vous travaillerez en contexte international en Anglais et Français (nombreux déplacements à l'international).
