For machines under warranty period

All customers are eligible to our Lifetime Software Upgrade program for machines within their warranty period.

Any new equipment purchase* with Vision20 version also entitles our customers to lifetime software upgrades for their chosen configuration (including options).

Hardware, installation and training costs are chargeable at local Vi TECHNOLOGY rates. Please note that training with a certified trainer is mandatory to be eligible to the program.

Customer specific developments will be chargeable.

Customers need to apply through our website (using the provided Application form) in order to receive subsequent Vision20 software versions, release notes, electronic user manuals, application notes and standard library updates.

* Initial equipment configuration might require chargeable hardware and OEM software upgrade to remain eligible to the Lifetime Software Upgrade Program.


For machines out of warranty period

If the hardware configuration allows, customers can become members of our Lifetime Software Upgrade Program.

Customized offers will be provided based on existing customer configuration and volume purchase.
