VIT_Software_VIsion2008The Vision2008 software suite focuses on ensuring inspection quality and securing defect diagnostic. It is a powerful tool for improving the management of process control and increasing operational efficiency.





Guaranteed inspection quality VIT_Software_Vision2008_LibraryPro
LibraryPro is a powerful library assessment tool that enables users to check the reliability of the inspection program easily. It can be used for maintenance and assessment of the library or to validate new models.

Vision2008 also provides tools to manage and validate the bank of images, with the highest level of coverage of all defect types.

A powerful optimization assistant is directly integrated to enable off-line programming and minimize AOI downtime.


Secure defect diagnostic
VIT_Software_Vision2008_DefectViewerVision2008 also focuses on the information displayed to the operator and proposes an intuitive user interface for the DefectViewer station.
All defects detected by the Inspection System are received by the DefectViewer software and displayed for review. The operator can then decide whether to repair, scrap or accept, and all repair decisions are logged in a supervisor database which can be used for analysis by our Process Control Optimization and Traceability software, Vieweb.


Easy programming
CircuitCAM Express generates AOI program files efficiently from a variety of imported data formats (CAD, Gerber, Native CAD, P&P machines, etc.). It is able to import more than 30 different CAD types. Combined with the Vi TECHNOLOGY® Match Maker tool, it enables verification of component rotation before output of the inspection program.
