Software Solutions

Vision20 is our new easy to use, flexible, comprehensive and precise software suite, dedicated to programming time reduction.

The new library introduced in Vision2008 is reinforced by the new Chip tool which significantly reduces the associated programming time. The Multicore processing function is available to optimize the image processing in production mode and thus to reduce the cycle time.

Easy programmingVIT_Software_Vision2009_VisCAM
Chip processing tool allows to quickly and easily program Chip components, thanks to one-click pattern training for body and solder joint inspection. An auto-adaptative algorithm automatically adjusts the solder joint windows to body position and scale in order to avoid false calls.

VIT_Software_Vision2009_TuneAssist
Automatic Fiducial Finder tool drastically reduces the fiducials programming time, as it automatically finds the Black & white circle fiducials available in the defined search area.
VIT_Software_Vision2009_TuneAssist
The user interface has been rebuilt in MatchMaker V2 in order to optimize the Part Number to JEDEC link management. This new user-friendly interface allows to quickly define the component parameters using predefined calipers.

Cycle time reduction
The Multicore processing function takes the most out of the installed dual core processors in order to optimize the image processing during production. This optimization leads to significant cycle time reduction.

Vision20 also proposes the latest innovative technology introduced by Vi TECHNOLOGY:

Vi-270 Selective 3D AOI
Breakthrough technology, Selective 3D AOI offers tilt and coplanarity defect detection on flat surface components. (Specific hardware is required.)

Vi-512 OCR
Optical Character Recognition enables the reading of text on components and/or PCBs, with checksum and set of characters verification functions for secure reading.

Vi-750 Selective Super-resolution
Selective Super-resolution technology provides high-resolution images for 01005 inspection with limited cycle time impact.
