Software Solutions

Vi TECHNOLOGY is the only AOI vendor to offer a single modular software platform to accommodate all possible applications (2D Post Print, Mixed Mode, Pre-Reflow, Post-Reflow, Post-Wave, backplane inspection, off-line programming station, repair station, etc.) for our entire AOI product range and for all purposes (production, maintenance and development).

Our software architecture can be easily integrated into existing Quality Management systems and networked to handle several machines and several users. A modular set of features allows specific tools to be selected for specific applications, bringing greater versatility.

The resolutely user-oriented platform comprises a number of components, including CAD data import, line quality management tools, program optimization, review & repair station, centralized common database and data mining system and embedded or external SPC tools.

Our software suite has a multiple language capability to fit worldwide applications. All the Graphical User Interfaces available for users of the AOI and its complimentary applications (Supervisor, DefectViewer, VitImageManager, etc.) are available in a number of languages, including Chinese, French, German, English and Japanese.
