Vi TECHNOLOGY® Kaleido provides an enhanced color picture on the DefectViewer station, which enables operators to make an informed decision based on the defect picture. It is particularly useful for suspect solder joints and leads defects.

In response to changing customer requirements, Vi TECHNOLOGY will continue to offer the possibility to further improve performance whilst benefiting from the latest technologies.

For customers already equipped with i-LITE, our latest lighting technology with high-speed, high-resolution cameras, we propose a new color enhancement solution for the DefectViewer station, offering operators a perfect view of small components like the 01005 and their associated solder joints. Our RGB lighting structure enables us to render this color picture on the viewing station if required.
