LibraryPro

LibraryPro has resulted from the multiple of improvements and new concepts available in the Vision2009 software suite. Developed to provide a reliable performance assessment on the inspection library, it generates a detailed report including the confidence level for starting production, with figures on false accepts and false rejects.

The principle of LibraryPro is to test the library on a bank of images composed of real defects and good components. Result reliability is guaranteed by using certified images. Vision2009 provides various solutions for recording component images (both good and bad): in process mode, on the off-line programming station, directly in production or via the DefectViewer station. This suite also provides tools to manage images and fill the bank of images with the highest coverage of all defects types. Finally, a fine-tune assistant is directly integrated into LibraryPro reports to enable real time modification of library models to obtain 0 False Accepts and 0 False Rejects.
