			<description><![CDATA[At the world&rsquo;s largest electronic equipment exhibition - Productronica 2011 - in Munich, Vi TECHNOLOGY will present a new Apple iPad 2 to a customer chosen at random from the respondents to a recently completed Global Customer Satisfaction survey.<br />
<br />
Vi TECHNOLOGY launched the Global Customer Satisfaction survey in early 2011 and received an excellent response from the customers polled. The customers provided valuable and constructive feedback.<br />
<br />
Vi TECHNOLOGY is transforming the feedback into action and is adapting our development programs to address the needs identified by the customers.<br />
<br />
In particular, we have hired three additional engineers to support our 35 strong Application team. This will increase the performance of our internal support team and our distributors.<br />
<br />
Also, Vi TECHNOLOGY utilises the survey result in the ISO 9001 standard procedures. Customer Satisfaction monitors the entire process to ensure that it remains as focussed and customer oriented as possible. <br />

It was seen to offer significant value to customers who were struggling with multiple camera systems to ensure accurate and repeatable measurement of&nbsp;tilt and coplanarity on ICs, connectors and passive components during PCBA&nbsp;inspection&nbsp;without affecting cycle time. <br />
It can be used for all applications but is mainly for costly and high-reliability end-user applications in the automotive, industrial and infrastructure segments, where such defects must be identified.
